DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The only reason this gym is worth going to is their class schedule/teachers. I am beyond frustrated with the treatment I've received from them. I had to get their management phone number from my credit card provider (they for obvious reasons don't make it accessible to their customers). They clearly don't have concern for their reputation. After 6 weeks of trainers either flaking out, not showing up or being uninvested--I tried on 3 occasions to have my trainer contract cancelled. I spoke with the training manager who just assigned me to another trainer who flaked out. Then I spoke with the gym manager who awkwardly pulled me into a meeting to re-explain the situation (for the 3rd time) while arguing with me about being 5 minutes late to my training appointment (the one time THEY were available for me as agreed). Any decent training I did with them was on the fly--in the moment--due to one of their trainers flaking out on me. Nothing was gained by trying to work this out with the gym manager. I left angry and upset. I came home and wrote to the corporate headquarters via their online "cancellation" service. Didn't hear anything back. Almost a week later, I called my cc company to block all charges coming from them. They tried to help me call the gym using the number they had on file. The lady was horrible and only wanted me to understand the "I had signed a contractual agreement". This may be true, but so did they. They have in no way upheld their end of the agreement to provide training services as any rationale person would expect. I cannot imagine treating ANY customer this way and maintain a successful business. I'm moments away from joining LA Fitness.
