  • I had been looking for either a 2012 or 2013 Acura TSX or TL for about 6 months before I found a listing that I could not pass up for a 2012 Acura TL at Acura of North Scottsdale. I immediately sent in an inquiry to the dealership which was promptly responded to in a matter of hours. Bob Campbell was the Internet Sales Representative that I was working with and I can honestly say that I had no problems with haggling over pricing or upgrades or anything of that nature. Bob was courteous, straight-forward, and very informative. This being my first car purchase from a dealership that involved a car-loan I was nervous, but both Bob and Charles Watson, the Financing Assistant I was working with, were able to get me pre-qualified and settle me into my car with very few hiccups. Overall, the experience was one-of-a-kind. It was truly seamless and easy. From the horror stories I have heard about dealerships I had a few hesitations, however Bob, Charles, and the entire staff at Acura of North Scottsdale have succeeded in putting my reservations to bed. Thank you again, Bob, Charles, and team!
