  • We brought my daughters wedding dress in to get altered and it came out a hot mess. Nothing was even, the tulle was longer in some areas and shorter in others. She didn't touch the sides. Then to top it off, we got home and there was a hole right in the middle from where she unzipped the bag and got the dress hung up. Took 2 months to get a messed up dress. Then she did my MOB dress and it was totally uneven as well. And had to wait longer to get it back too. This was the worst alterations experience on the most important day. She ruined a 2k dress.
