  • Stay away!! Had a Groupon for their 4 hour cleaning deal. Absolutely terrible customer service! Took me a week to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment and then no one confirmed it until I asked them 3 times. And then on the day of the appointment (Sat 10am) no one shows up! Tried calling their phones and no answer - voicemails are all full. Ridiculous to call it a business if you're going to make people wait around and change their weekend plans. Have escalated the issue with Groupon and hopefully no one has to go through this with their team.
