  • Purchased a shutter for one window in May 2011 Price was right paid up front, my first mistake with this company. It took weeks to make not a problem with shutters they installed it and there are pieces missing around the frame. They assured us they would fix it properly. After several phone calls later and here it is OCTOBER they have never showed up to properly install it. We called weeks ago they told us they would be here. Forget it. We left a firm message again and they have never showed up or responded. Unless you are totally desperate do not use this company! In this economy things like this are unheard of. If another shutter company responds to this give me a phone # so you can fix this and I will pass your name on to others as a trust worthy shutter company. Showcase Shutters should close its doors!!!
