Normally the place is excellent, but if there is anything wrong or if you even THINK something is wrong whatsoever with a cartridge you buy then don't be fooled and think you have 30 days. I had an issue with a Kiff cartridge and put it to the side because I had other options with me and didn't need to run back. After getting busy and realizing 2 weeks went by I called and asked if I missed the deadline (and would have understood) to have it looked at. Was told "take 30 days if you need it, no rush" by the person on the phone. So when the following weekend came, I went in and re-explained everything and low and behold, nothing can be done because it looked operational to them. I even brought the battery I used in case it was my battery so I would just eat the cartridge and buy a new battery (looking for answers, not freebies). But even with all that and even though they have my account profile and can see I've never EVER returned or complained, they said it's just been too long, eluding to the unsaid allegation of me lying about it. Like I said, I knew and understood how it looked. That's why I called and asked. Getting stiffed the $60 for a bad cartridge was bad enough, but wasting a trip and having false hope because they don't train the people who answer the phones is what has my lid flipped. What an incredibly disappointing experience. Thanks to both Kiff and to ShowGrow on this one.
