  • This was my first time going to this location. I currently drive out of my way to go to another dry cleaners on Riggs Rd and I will continue to do so. I was so disappointed with my overall experience to get 12 items dry cleaned this week. I was politely told that it would be approximately $3.00 per item after the 40% discount they were offering as per is their grand opening. I thought to myself I only pay $2.50 per item at Broncos my current dry cleaners, but oh well I will give them a try and maybe I will be impressed it will make me switch. When I picked up the items my bill was over $50!!!! I asked the Delia staff member and she told me the 40% had been applied to the sale. When I got home my wife looked at the receipt and she was furious at the high price I spent for our weekly dry cleaning and the fact that the discount was never applied. I am frustrated by this experience and it feels like a waste of my time to go back to get the credit. Pros: clean, new location, and polite staff Cons: Costs $$$$$$$ that are way over priced for dry cleaning services by over 3 times what I would think as fair and the staff do not seem to know how to ring up a sale properly. Take your business elsewhere.
