I just saw the April 8th, 8pm show. When we arrived at the Wynn there was a sign at the entrance that said the show would not start until 8:30,which was ok, because we were cutting it close on time. At 8:40 they announced in the theater, Garth's plane had just landed and he would be there in 10 minutes.RIGHT. Not in Friday night Vegas traffic At 9:00 he rushes onto the stage and does the show pretty much everyone else is talking about here.It lasted until 10:30. A hour & a half show. It was entertaining. It was not Garth Brooks the singer. It was Garth the story teller, sing other peoples songs and partial songs and a few of his own, "MAYBE 5". For $250 I would have much rather seen a different show on the strip. I think people just get wrapped up in the emotion and nostalgia of the songs from past decades and because it is "GARTH". Maybe if Chris Gaines, Garth's alter ego, would have shown up instead, he would have sang more songs. I can watch Oprah for free, for his life history.
