  • The apartment complex was sold to new owners in May 2016. The results of this sale: former managers and staffers disappeared, higher fees, no computers in the clubhouse, insects, an online rent payment system that does not not work, and an online 'contact us' system that does not work. When my lease expires, I expect that my rent will go up. Way, way up.
