  • The women's department is awful here - not the clothes, the staff. I was literally ignored by 5 employees, one who was actually the manager on duty. A male floor lead was passing by who I was able to catch and say something to but he ultimately said he can't voice my complaint to his manager because the complaint was about his manager! Seriously Macy's, in a high end mall none the less, figure out why your staff cannot even acknowledge a customer carrying 10 floor length formal gowns and offer her a hello, a fitting room or some help! Step up your game or you'll fall like so many of the big box stores have - anyways - off to Nordstrom where I KNOW this will not happen!
