  • Both Dr. Yee and Dr. Johnston are good doctors. The reason my rating low is because this office constantly over books patients. But before we go there let's talk about calling to make an appointment. Anytime you call to make one you are placed on hold from the moment someone answers. One time I was on hold for almost 10min. Then when you finally go to your appointment you are waiting hours and hours before going back to the room. After you go to your room, you are still waiting another 30-45min. I've been going to them for almost 3yrs now and I have put up with it because they are good doctors, but enough is enough already. Both my husband and I are changing doctors. My in-laws were even going to them, but have too decided to change doctors as well. The final straw was last week. I had an 11am appointment. After waiting until 1:15ish I politely asked for my co-pay back and stated that I would be finding another doctor. This is completely unacceptable. The front desk receptionist asked me if I was sure I wanted to leave. I asked her how much longer would it be. She stated there were two more people in the rooms, so about 45min. Please I had already waited this long and had a dentist appointment at 2pm. Why would I wait a minute longer. I shouldn't have even waited as long as I did, but I needed the doctor to fill out new FMLA paperwork. Like I said, they are wonderful doctors, never the type that rushes people. However, they really need to get their scheduling under control. And because they over book so many people they cannot take walk-ins, which is what a family doctor should do.
