| - AVOID THIS PLACE!! Don't waste your time or money at BMW of Las Vegas, Sahara location. If you ever need your car serviced and your car would have to be at this place for more than a day, YOU WILL END UP WITHOUT A CAR. THEY DON'T EVER HAVE LOANER VEHICLES! But that is just a small part of the problem. I never spend my time on writing reviews, but I should. I've purchased my X3 certified pre-owned car 3 years ago from this dealership. The problems started about 3 month later and something keeps very consistently happening every 3-4 month. I could have purchased this car from a private seller, spend less and have the
same amount of headaches. I thought I was buying quality, turns out it doesn't make a difference if you purchasing a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from a BMW dealership or from some crook who abused the car and now looking to get rid of it, except you will pay more. And its not even the money, its my time. I am a single mother of a 2 year old boy and a Doctor of Pharmacy candidate. I also work. Needless to say, I don't even have time to sleep, and having this car is making my life a lot harder. There's an electrical issue, something is shorting the circuit and the rear LED lights go out and it drains the battery. I changed the battery less than a year ago, my rear lights were fixed back in June, which is 7 month ago. This past Friday, I have the same thing happening, one of the rear lights goes out, battery dies, car doesn't start. Got my car towed to the dealership on Friday. Since this past Friday, I am stuck at home WITHOUT A CAR!!! I am told that this dealership doesn't not have any loaner vehicles!! They are out!! And this is the story I got pretty much every single time when my car was supposed to be at the dealership for more than a day. But then, miraculously, a service advisor would find a loaner car somehow... Not this time. My service advisor's name is Chad. Great guy! Last time I spoke to him was yesterday, Monday, and he told me that he would look into getting a loaner car for me and call me back. It is Tuesday, almost 12 pm and I have not heard from him. I am missing lectures, I can't even get to the store to get milk for my 2 years old. This is just plain ridiculous. Is this a Wal-Mart or a BMW? 7 month ago, when the rear lights were getting fixed, my service advisor then, Trevor, called me and left me a message saying that I was right and this is an electrical issue and not just light bulbs. I still have that message. He also said that they will fix the issue. Now I have the same exact problem, rear lights go out, brand new battery is drained and the car does not start. I am going back to Lexus, and I never ever want to hear word BMW again!!
