  • We have been very happy with Solar City so far. Our sales person, Jessica, was informative and not pushy at all. I have read reviews where this wasn't the case. Perhaps, management has weeded out the non professional ones or retrained them. Anyway, she was prompt at follow through, answered all questions, and explained that there was no obligation to the site visit. All employees so far have been courteous, professional, and on time. Updates and confirmations of appointments have been through email. Our panels were installed this week, and the city inspector came by 2 days later. Solar City took care of all communications with the city. We have been warned that APS sometimes can take a long time to do their part. We will do as much as we can to push hem along. I will post further updates as this moves along.
