  • Beware! I went in with beautiful curly abundant hair, and a month later I am going bold. It is sad! And wish i could turn back time. I set up for a 'smoothing' system w Redken, which I was assured by Donald that it was a soft smoothing treatment, but i came out w the hair so straight that seemed unreal. I was most likely applied a relaxer instead. The hair loss has not stopped. My pony tail now is pitiful. I had to cut my hair and have spent hundreds on shampoos and treatments. I am still in shock, and my life has totally changed.
