  • The noodle here is authentic Chinese, which is quite refreshing to have instead of Japanese ramen on Baldwin. I've tried almost the entire menu and recommend their dandan if you're in a spicy mood and pian-er chuan which is by far my favorite. If you want hand-made noodles, it is available in only one dish: old beijing style zhiajiang mian. The rou-jia mo is not the greatest but still a tasty side to the noodle. Overall, very friendly service and love the underground chinese rock music in the background.
