  • I would have given zero stars if possible; this is the worst customer service I have ever received. My sister hired these guys for our backyard, they promised that no weeds would come back, and if they did sprout up again within six months they would come back and fix them. So, sure enough the weeds came back... we left the back gate open on the day they said they would come, and no one ever came, to the best of our knowledge. We called Larry Smithson to inquire if they were still on there way, and he was extremely rude to my sister, saying they rang the doorbell three times plus knocked on the front and back door a bunch and heard people talking in the house, but no one answered them and they did the work anyway. Well, why does our yard look exactly the same as before then? He said it wasn't their responsibility to get rid of the weeds and it was our fault for not maintaining the yard. Then he hung up on my sister. Great business practice. Will be telling all friends and acquaintances to stay away from these guys.
