  • I've recommended Regents on University to several of my friends, 6 of them moved in and 4 have renewed. Electric, parking and internet is all included. You literally pay your rent and not worry about dealing with the internet or electric companies. Maintenance staff is awesome. The front office are helpful. If you prefer quietness most of the time, don't live near the pool. The pool view rooms is definitely not for quiet people. Chose either a volleyball court view or side view. Don't live on the first floor either, foot traffic is annoying. I lived on the fourth floor facing the volleyball court, it was great. The new management CWS has really taken this place forward since the previous owners. They consistently retouch the place. Apparently this year they have an online portal before move in, which lets you get in touch with other future residents. Potentially find a good fit. The gym is ok, nothing crazy but it does the job. The pool is pretty nice and well maintained, it just way too much chlorine. Overall considering thats its the lower side of prices around campus, I'd give it a 9/10.
