  • Most rude manager and staff I have ever come across. A family wedding was held here in July 2017. First the manager was mot ready on the day of the food tasting. She wrapped it up and gave us to take home. Next, on the day of the wedding: - she was visibly rude to the point where our guests came up to us to ask "what is her problem?" - The gentleman who was taking care of the food and hall was the same. I guess behaviour begets behaviour. When asked from his staff where to put the boxes the flower arrangements came in because it was to be re used, his staff suggested we put them under the food stations and when we were storing them as advised, he came with an angry tone at us to take them away without any suggestions. - The DJ's power source was cut off three times during the function due to fuse issues. - Towards the end, the manager lady started to argue with the DJ to stop the music 30mins before the agreed closing time. - The manager lady has a very rude hand gesture when she wants to stand her ground, waving her hands in the air from left to right with a pointed finger. I saw this same gesture at a friends wedding last week (August 2017). The hall looks nice the food is kind of ok and nothing to rave about. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Hold your event at your own risk especially if you are under pressure during the planning stages. This will only add to the pressure.
