  • My boyfriend bought a 1000.00 suit from Harry Rosen Chinook and they told him there was a lifetime warranty on repairs. Great! 2 years later he brought the pants back for repairs and one of the young sales guys said they couldn't fix those pants. Really? After all the hype of Harry Rosen and their lifetime warranty...So my boyfriend took the pants to his dry cleaners and guess what?? They fixed the expensive pants for 40.00! And did an awesome job! Harry Rosen couldn't even be bothered to help a client. Is their service as good as their clothing? Hmmm. Won't be going there ever again.
