I purchased two groups: zoom whitening and cleaning. There was no restriction stated that I can only purchase one. I called to make an appointment and was only allowed to make it for one, so I chose the cleaning.
Then I became gravely ill with the flu and was out for over a week. I called and cancelled the appointment and did not receive a call back to reschedule. I called today to reschedule for just,the cleaning again and they are charging me $50 for the rescheduling fee. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional when I explained that I was sick; she kept repeating that it's on the groupon. I'm looking at the Groupon and it states "38 hour cancellation notice required or fee up to Groupon price may apply." Groupon cost me $29, NOT $50.
As a fellow doctor in the area I do not appreciate such rude services. Reception is the first place clients go to receive service and if your staff is rude or not understanding when someone is very ill then you need to restaff.
Dr. Azimi has an excellent background from what I researched online, but unfortunately I am not going to be able to experience his services due to his receptionist's attitude.
