  • I am so happy to be able to update my review from a previous negative experience. The West Tower rooms are going through an upgrade with all new furniture. The rest of the hotel will continue to get upgrades in 2016. Being in a room that was open for less then 2 weeks, there were some minor issues that were addressed promptly and with professional service. Kind of frustrating- but seeing the staffed cared to resolve it was appreciated. The service in the Autograph Collection check in room was friendly and had staff who took ownership of issues present. The whole hotel grounds visited were clean- a huge improvement over the last visit. Overall a very nice property that is continuing to grow. Not a five star experience like at Aria Sky Suites but clearly a 5 star rating on Yelp terms.
