  • Another bad experience! Customer service is deplorable! This is the second bad experience we had with rude employees! The aisles are congested, they were out of stock on Buffalo Trace but were trying to up sell to a product double the price! The products were to heavy for me to carry - as my 18 year old son tried to help me they said that was unacceptable because he wasn't 21! Yet they had no one to help me! I am done with Total Wine at Desert Ridge!
