rev:text	Every time I come into this place, it's just depressing. Forget the wait (that there always is), their employees are just awful. The last two times I've been in there, I left in shock at how uninformed and terrible the associates were that helped me. One lady was telling me that for sure, the new Note will be called the Note 6, not the 7, and then proceeded to tell me just a bunch of wrong info. A week later I went in to pre-order and another lady (Sala I do believe) pretty much told me not to get it. She was trying to down sell me to get the S7! IN A SALES POSITION! She literally told me, "You know you're paying an extra $3/month for pen... right?" and then made me feel stupid that I wanted to get the Note 7. No, while I do want it for the pen, I also want it for the larger internal memory, the true water resistance, the screen being flush with the bevel... Seriously, know your products! Add on top that they have always been unfriendly and act like you are annoying them, this place is awful. There is one associate who I do like, a younger gentleman by the name of Ben... I do believe. Short black hair, average height and build. Anyway, I have worked with him a few times and he knows his stuff and is very nice. I would say ask for him if you go but that would mean I am recommending you go in which I am NOT! The only reason I return is because I live right down the street but I think I will be going else where from now on. If you want great service and great knowledge, go to the Target in the same parking lot. I don't know his name but there is a gentleman who works in their tech area (big muscle guy) and he is fantastic. Extremely nice and very knowledgeable, I've talked to him before and he knows his stuff and has a great attitude. Pretty sure I will be going there from now on for my phone needs.
