  • If I could give zero starts, I would. I bought a pair of eyeglasses that gave me an allergic reaction, they exchanged to another pair that also gave me an allergic reaction. Upon calling them to honor their 30-day return policy, they told me because I re-did the glasses, they would not honor. After some probing on my part, the lady was extremely rude and condescending. They sell $400 to $500 pair of eyeglasses, but treat you like it is a dollar store. Unacceptable.
