  • After waiting 3 1/2 weeks to finally get in it was a nightmare. I can't say anything about the doctor because I gave up on that. My spouse and I both had appointments one for 3:30 and one for 3:45. Once we filled out our paperwork we sat in the waiting room and chatted with others. There was not a single empty seat in the place. One patient had been waiting since 12:00 pm another since 12:45. In the hour we were there not a single person went back. When I asked about the wait time I was told they were behind an hour, but that isn't true if you still haven't seen the person from the 12:00 appointment she had been waiting four hours already. According to Ms. Rude and Nasty Jasmine at the front desk they are one of the only ones who take Medicare and Medicaid so people have to suck it up and wait. There is no respect for anyone's time, this isn't a doctors office it's more like a doctor mill. They schedule over 50 plus people a day but are open from 8:00 am to 4:30 and close for an hour for lunch. Even if the doctor was a super doctor which I have my questions about that. This place is open for business 7 1/2 hours even if you schedule 15 minutes per person that would be a max of 30 people a day but they do a minimum of 50 people a day. So if you have 3-5 hours just to wait to have many many tests to fill the offices pockets this is your place. My time is valuable and I want a doctor that respects me and cares that I have other things to do in a day then camp out there. In the paper work you agree to pay a fee of $25.00 for a no show, but according to the office staff the doctor cancelled all her appointments from Thursday's and Friday 100 people told to me by Ms. Nasty Jasmine, but I don't think she is paying each of those people for messing with their appointments. I have full respect for doctors but I want them to actually show some respect back to their patients and the prescious time they steal from people. Avoid this place at all cost you are actually better at a quick care or minute clinic it definetly will take a lot less time and money. Your business has a ton of people and if you are luck enough to see the doctor people seem to like her, hire another doctor or a nurse practioner. Your the doctor your name is on everything start caring about your clients and you will be surprised at how much more you could actually make if everyone wasn't so feed up with this rude, nasty, loud staff and horrible wait times. No one should have to spend 3-5 hours just to be taken to another room to wait another hour plus. Take ownership of your mess and fix it, before you lose what you do have.
