  • My girlfriend and I do a lot of hiking and sight seeing, so we've both seen a lot of the beautiful outdoors. This is a nice pond, but there are a lot of nice ponds around every neighbourhood, and this one is not that unique or particularly picturesque. I actually like the smaller, less crowded Rumble Pond Park located nearby to the west. We were there Saturday, August 22. 3.5 Stars. There is no listing for Rumble, so I'll elaborate here. There is a very nice, large gazebo that is above your average park Gazebo and a small island in the middle of the pond connected by a scenic bridge. I think it is more romantic than the other park. If you are into photography, this place has more potential. The only downside is it is small. In some parks, you feel immersed in nature, bit here, with the road being so close and the noise of traffic. 4.0 Stars
