  • FIRST CLASS!!! TEN STARS!! I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the overall experience I had at Dr. Kim's office. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was in Las Vegas on a business trip and started to feel something wrong with my eyelid. My eye doctor in Hawaii highly recommended that I look for Dr. Vanessa Kim. I am very fortunate for the referral. From start to finish, the experience I had was very different than any eye doctor "office." When you walk through the doors, you will see the variety and selection of frames presented in a very bright, clean, inviting style. As I waited for my appointment, I browsed the selections: designer brands, children selections, young adult, trendy, contemporary, etc. I become so involved with "shopping" I almost forgot I was there for an eye doctor appointment. Because of my eyelid condition I did not try any of the frames on, but the staff was very helpful in giving me prices. They were very reasonable! If the value is there, why not spend a little for a nice frame that you will use over the next year or two! I also noticed another patient who was picking up her glasses. She was very excited and commented on how pleased she got them back in such a timely manner. My eye exam went smoothly. Everything seemed updated with new technology. Dr. Kim took the time to explain things thoroughly. She did not seem rushed in any way and answered all of my questions! (As well as the ones not related to my particular eye problem) I highly recommend this office to everyone in the Las Vegas area! I only wish they would open an office in Hawaii!
