  • Either Dr. Hanian took the feedback to heart and changed, or maybe the others just caught her on a bad day. I had a very good experience at this office and will be going back next year for new glasses. The wait to be seen was short, Dr. Hanian was professional and personable, and I appreciated her explanation of information. When being fitted for glasses, her staff ensured that the fit was right, and didn't seem at all annoyed by my request for a number of minor changes. When I was feeling extra picky the next day, I went back for another minor adjustment. Again, no problem. My one complaint is that I had ordered a pair of regular lenses and sunglasses, and requested to be contacted when both arrived. I got a call indicating that my glasses had arrived, and when I got there only the regular lenses had been delivered. It was a small error, and fortunately the sunglasses arrived the next day, so I managed to be there anyway (getting the adjustment I mentioned above) when they arrived.
