  • BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a Tuff Shed through Home Depot. The sales representative came out and took measurements. We decided to build a 6×10 shed. Now the nightmare starts... No show or phone call on the morning of the installation. After a phone call and being put on perma-hold I was told that the truck "broke down" and needed to be towed. We rescheduled and the new installation was supposed to be at our house between 7-9am. Once again, NO PHONE CALL. A guy arrived that was supposed to be an installer at 1pm. The installation was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! A child could have painted the shed better than this installer. The shed was missing trim pieces and paint was splattered all over my concrete slab. The paint on the shed was watered down and you could see the wood under the paint. When they sent out the "top installer" he left the aluminum rain drip all bent and dented. YOU MAY NEED A SHED BUT, TUFF SHED IS NOT THE QUALITY SHED THEY BRAG ABOUT!!! I am currently addressing the issue with HomeDepot because I've never heard back from TUFF SHED. TUFF SHED CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
