| - Beware! I've been coming to this office for years. They recently changed management and ever since, it's been a nightmare. The office billed my insurance incorrectly, to start with. They then had me pre-pay for a crown (after referring me to have a root canal.) Well the root canal was done, but when I went back to have the molding taken, I was THEN told I needed a crown lengthening. (I had never even heard of such a procedure, and it certainly wasn't something that had been mentioned to me as a possibility.) I was unable to have the procedure done (as I was switching jobs and going away for training.) I saw their "specialist" to see if he was able to put the crown on, but he refused. So now, literally 3 months after paying for my crown, we're into the new year and I have no crown and no refund, despite calling several times and leaving messages. I'm stuck with a temporary until my new dental kicks in. I never would have started on this tooth at that time if I knew what it could entail. (I was having no pain at all. I was simply following their recommendation.) Failing to mention it to me and then charging me for work that wasn't done and delaying any refund borders on professional negligence. It also seems questionable that I went from having no pain to suddenly needing oral surgery when nothing had been mentioned to me at all during consultations, root canal referral or the root canal itself. Save yourself the headache, money and unnecessary work and stay far far away.
