Very disingenuous Sales Rep. I went in yesterday to buy a full price iphone. The sales guy asked if I wanted support, I said yes & asked specifically if the support included full coverage apple support? He said yes. On the receipt it showed 20$ for a support upgrade. I assumed this was for Apple support. I later after leaving discovered after calling into T-mobile that this charge was not for Apple support.. It was a one time upgrade charge. I explained to the phone rep I wasn't upgrading and more importantly I was very disturbed that I did not have support as I was promised. Furious & disappointed I decided to return the phone due to this disturbing information...luckily for T-mobile I spoke to a very apologetic customer service representative and she reimbursed the 20$ and provided the apple support I requested. On the side another part of this experience that was disturbing...when the sales guy was transferring my data from one phone to the other, he went behind closed doors. I was to wait 20 minutes for the transfer. After 25 minutes I found out they had to do an upgrade and it would be another 20. Had I known he would be behind closed doors with my data I might have either done the transfer myself or deleted sensitive data.
I will not be returning to the Pecos store in Henderson...Buyers beware..
