  • This was always my "go to" after getting an oil change, across the street, every 2 months or so (my car is used for deliveries). Unfortunately after today's experience, it will have me change that from now on. I was offered a "buy one get one" promotion for half price on the next car wash ($7). I realized upon arriving for the following car wash that the coupon expired a week ago. I was expecting either them making an exception, an upgrade, or maybe a refund. Unfortunately I didn't receive either. That's enough for me to look elsewhere for a car wash since it clearly represents their angle on how they handle business. Also, because there were already two cars behind me, I felt like I HAD purchase a wash which I did, and it was the bare minimum ($3 wash). Very unfortunate really. * On a further note, towards the other one star review. The vacuums are actually really powerful but the drying technique that they use is pretty weak which left quite a bit of water spots.
