  • What an absolute disappointment for families with young kids and teenagers. Do not come to the Flamingo. Management has turned the once fun "family" free form pool in to a club pool over 21. So if you book a room, thinking you can enjoy with your family what was once a fun family pool, think twice. Even the security guards were disgusted. Families with kids now are in the small, congested tiny pool above on upper level. It is a joke. A true club pool is Beach Club at Encore. Luckily we were only one night at Flamingo and enjoyed the heavenly oasis and paradise of a pool at The Wynn. Now that's a pool! A major disappointment for us at Flamingo.
