I am a complete idiot when it comes to technology. I have for some time, been having problems with my iPhone. I took it in to Geek Squad via an appointment with Apple. My appointment was at 2:00pm and I got there 5 minutes early, the GS person was there on time to receive me and she got straight to work.
I truly appreciate her expertise and that she took the time to listen. Also, I over heard the conversation another GS staff was having with a customer and he was also attentive and very responsive to her needs.
Best Buy carry a wide selection of cool stuff we all want.
What I love about them is that they treat me with respect despite my frustrations with technology. In the past I made a purchase $$$$ and I couldn't stand the gadget. They made things right for me then and they continue to impress me with the quality of customer service they provide.
Within 15 minutes this professional had resolved the issues I had with my iPhone. I am devastated that I cannot remember her name. Thank you.
