  • Okay, so if you want savings, go down the street to the Fry's on 16th st and Highland. So why on earth would you review a grocery store? Well, this Safeway has a killer deli and bakery. I am enamored with their bread. Fresh, reasonably priced, and utterly delicious. My favorite is their olive bread. They also used to have this fantastic nut bar where my weekly indulgence was their candied pecans. The nut bar has since closed. RIP nut bar, only the good die young.
