  • Rude, unqualified and slow. Took my car 4 months ago for a breaks service. They took 5 hrs to do the job. After that the car was vibrating. next morning took it back and there was nobody to check on the car, I took it to the Tempe branch and after taking 4 hours again the car was feeling better but not perfect. As this job has a 1 year warranty I was brave enough to took it back. After 4 hours they gave the car back and asked to take the next day. The next day the manager said it was not the brakes but the tires. I took the car for a full tire set, balance and alignment. Today I took the car with perfect tires, a letter from Toyota dealer and the Firestone technician saying that the brakes are defective, and still they are giving arguments to not fix the car. As I write I am calling the Customer service to issue a formal complaint with very low expectations on this to work out.
