  • Mediocre and overpriced, even for Vegas. I don't know why Gordan Ramsay is so willing to attach his name to this level of quality. My friend's steak was ordered medium rare but was delivered looking like a microwaved hamburger. Zero pink and no juices flowing from the steak. It took 10 minutes to track down the waitress who didn't seem surprised and said it looked more like a medium well vs medium rare. If she thinks dark grey is medium well, she probably should look into a different career path. It took 25 minutes to receive a replacement steak, which is ridiculous. They should have taken the next steak off the grill. The manager acted like he was doing us a favor by removing the steak from the bill, despite the fact that it was delivered after every other dish had been cleared from our table. This was an embarrassing effort from a restaurant with a celebrity name and $100 per head prices for food and a couple drinks. Pass.
