  • If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would! I pay for the wellness plan but can never get in to see a vet in a timely manner! If my dog is injured or gets an ear infection , they can't see me for weeks! I pay a monthly fee so I can bring her in at any time for a no cost vet visit! They give you the option to drop off, but when your animal is sick, do you really want to abandon it there... they'll get to her when they get to her! Everything is a cost here! Everything! If my dog has a hot spot, they charge you to clip the fur around it so it can heal! I can clip the fur! To see if an ear infection is yeast or bacteria is over $35 for them to take a swab! It's absolutely ridiculous. The other review about the wellness plan is correct. They suck you in, take your money, and don't care about your pet. Would not recommend!!!!
