TSA management should be ashamed of themselves. Currently they are running 4 lines. 6 people had questionable issues in one line. No bags with question in any of the other lines.
Does management reassign resources to hasten the review of the one line with a lot of issues? No.
Does management ever consider helping out? No. Even though I saw three to fourTSA management walking around doing nothing but chatting with each other.
TSA, you want understand why you got such a bad reputation? Try opening your eyes and acting like any other manager in this country.
