  • Full disclosure here I am a massage therapist at this location and have been having some low back issues that I've had my whole life pretty much do to my JCPenney Gene's as my grandpa referred to our family having because we have a lot of health issues. I was trying to tough it out and work for the day because I couldn't afford to take the day off but my pain became too much for me to be able to work thankfully Zach was available to help me loosen up my back a little bit. While I was hesitant as the pain that I was experiencing I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to touch me but Zach assured me he be able to help me. He definitely was able to loosen up my back but when it came time for me to roll over it wasn't going to happen there was no way I was going to be able to roll over much less sit down. As I explained to him my discomfort he was so compassionate towards my situation! He was even kind enough to help me put my shoes on because I couldn't do it myself. I'm not the kind of person that asks for help but he was so gracious and kind in helping me and it really meant a lot and showed what a compassionate human being he is.
