Very disappointed. This was becoming our go-to place on a Friday afternoon...until yesterday. The service was horrible. Two very unexpereince waitresses were shabbily dressed and ditsy. Others who arrived after us received menu and service before my husband and I. Although I could have gotten past that had the food been up to par. I ordered the Melted French Brie Walnut and Cranberry sandich...sounds delightful doesn't it...well think again the Melt brie wasn't melted, I wouldn't even call it warm, cranberries and walnuts were sparse. The salad that accompanies the sandwich, which I usually devour--dressing came straight from the fridge so it was so thick I couldn't pour it easily on my salad, the tomatoes looked water logged and maybe had sat in the fridge as well. All while the customers stacked up and waited for these two horrible waitresses to handle cleaning tables, refreshing drinks (which didn't happen for us) and getting our check---which I eventually had to ask for--and to top it off we were in so much of a hurry to get out of this place that we didn't notice that the waitress didn't give us our card back...so my husband had to go back and pick it up. What happened? Where was the manager/owner. It will be a while before I give this place another chance...plenty of cool places to eat in Old Towne Scottsdale. Skip this one until they get their act together.
