| - First time here and I was expecting the usual: grouchy, mean reception desk, dirty, ghetto azz place, long wait, horrible doctors and nurses with zero compassion. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. My experience here was none of those things. I was there Saturday night, not feeling well at all. It wasn't busy but there was a steady stream of patients going in and out of the clinic. I waited maybe 40 minutes before I was called to the back. Not bad at all. The lady that took my vitals was kind. I really liked the nurse, Nancy. She was compassionate and listened. When I was ready to leave, a young guy handed me my scripts and wished me well. It was nice to hear, "I hope you're feeling better soon." from the staff. Front desk lady is nice and helpful as well. If you need urgent care, I recommend this location.
