  • I took my dog here and it literally is last time I ever deal with this place. The customer service is horrible! The lady in the front with the brown glasses is so rude! It started when I first called to check if I needed an appointment in order for my dog to go there. Her response was uncanny. She basically said yeah stupid chick why wouldn't you? I took her anyways and when I got there it took them about 5-7 minutes to come to the front and take my dog. I could see them all starring at me through the window and still I waited. When I picked up my dog (4 hours later) the lady in the glasses refused to check me out because she had to make some calls to find out information about something she saw wrong with my dog. After telling her 10 times that I had to go to work and if she could please just let me make my payment so that I could get the heck out of there she finally let me pay and I got the heck out of there. I was so disgusted by her. She made me feel like I was killing my dog or something for a medical condition I specifically told them about before dropping her off. If they didn't want to deal with my dog and her body condition she shouldn't have even told me to go in.
