  • Terrible Experience!!!!! This company had it all wrong from the start from the gentleman who picked us up to the vehicle that was clearly not a limo. · He had the wrong last name to pick us up. It was supposed to have my colleague's last name & first initial clearly written on the sign to pick us up. This was clearly in the directions left for him. ·He had the nerve to ask us if we wanted to walk to where ever he was parked while we still needed to get our checked bags. · The vehicle was a Ford Flex, not a limo. · He Didn't open the doors for us. · He Didn't put our luggage in the vehicle. · He was texting while driving. · There was an odor of smoke in the vehicle. · He asked us the directions to our home when they were clearly inputted online.
