Wish it was possible to give a Negative 10 star review!
Had the pleasure of being helped by the store manager named Hanna, I was trying to return a new Fitbit charge with my receipt. The device was purchased for $150 on 1/30/16. They stated that if I had no box nothing could be done at all to help me, even though it won't turn on after being charged and all I wanted was an exchange for the same item. I asked for her last name and she said "I'm not giving you that!" While I was still speaking she turned around and walked away!! I wish I was the kind of person that starts yelling and cursing because I was so honestly infuriated at this point, but I just am not. I walked out and called corporate which also was not very much help. Won't return. Will file a complaint with the BBB about this incident, and will also be sending the president of the company an email in regards to my experience. I don't care WHO YOU ARE, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BE THIS DISRESPECTFUL. I don't think she knows what she has caused for herself, I will be relentless until I am heard.
