  • Please let me save you money. Licensed Professional nail tech do not work here. This place is horrible! I came in for a regular manicure and the women insisted I get gel bc she couldn't guarantee the manicure wouldn't chip. I said understood but I just really wanted my cuticles trimmed and I didn't like putting that gel crap on my nails. She continued to try to sell me on it and I almost left ( should have listen to my instincts) I asked if the had a menu, they said no (red flag #2) I had glitter polish on my nails and she said I had to soak them in acetone ( I prefer not to as it irritates my skin) she said I had to soak or she would not do my nails (red flag #3) I was like ok. I just wanted to get in and get out. Her filing technique was sub par, and I had to give a lot of direction. Her cuticle trimming was laughable and I asked her to make some corrections. She said that's how she does it bc she is not a professional. I asked her why am I paying for her to do my nails if she is not a professional? I asked to pay for what she had done so far and just leave. She just kept say $13 and I was like, you didn't do anything..... she just insisted $13. I asked for a manager and all she said was I can give you a number. I over heard the lady next to me asking to her technician "are you a professional?" I then announced to the salon that they should all ask if their technician is a professional before paying them as this is outrageous.
