  • OH MY GOSH, Norma and her team are absolute magicians! My husband and I have two terrible dogs, a teenage son and a total aversion to cleaning. To say that our home was a filthy disaster is probably a bit of an understatement .... but it is now BEAUTIFUL thanks to Norma and her team. I received Norma's information from a colleague. I texted her and she responded promptly to schedule a walk-through for the quote, which she was able to come for on the first date I requested - no long scheduling back-and-forth. Norma was very sweet, and took notes during our walk-through. I was bracing for a high price, but was floored at how reasonable her prices were! I said I wanted to move forward, and she put me on the calendar right away for the very next week. Because my dogs are not only poorly-behaved, but also unfriendly, I was home during the visit. Norma arrived with her team to get them started and review with them the things we had discussed during the walk-through (some areas to not be cleaned, etc.). I ventured downstairs a few times to get a drink or take the dogs out, and each time I was amazed at their progress and how thorough they were - from picking up and wiping off every single item on the bookshelves (so many things!) to moving the couch to vacuum (people do that?!) to cleaning the inside of the microwave (splashes and splats galore) to removing the ring around the inside of the toilet bowl (I thought that was part of the toilet?) to emptying every single trash bin in the house ...... it was amazing. Last night we wandered through the house in a near daze, just so extremely grateful for Norma and her team. WE WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. You couldn't stop us if you tried ....
