  • Probably one of the best places to live in Las Vegas. I was looking for a short term affordable lease and found it here! Maintenance had been lacking in some areas until recently. I noticed a young man around property always looking busy walking picking up garbage in places I haven't seen touched in weeks. Also I saw him checking lights around property which I hadn't seen at any of the places I've lived before. He's always cheerful and welcoming with a smile I finally had the chance to talk with him and I have to say well done Monaco Park! Ryan is a very well spoken driven individual he must be doing something right to be a manager at his age!! I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff at Monaco but wanted to give Ryan a good review keep up the great work!
