  • All around great gym. Quick point, don't park on City Park Dr. Metro does enforcement and will ticket or tow your car. Park in the structure or at City National Bank on the west side of the facility. Short version, Lifetime is expensive but includes a number of services. Everything is included except Pilates. This means cardio, advanced training, weights, yoga, zumba, spin, racquetball, basketball, indoor soccer, swimming, steam room , sauna, and so much more. I always receive a warm greeting from the staff when I arrive. Everyone here drinks the Kool-Aid so to speak. But they seem genuinely helpful and polite. The trainers are approachable and helpful as long as they're not engaged with a client. But it makes sense, someone is paying for the trainer's time. Overall, Lifetime provides a full service experience for a full service price. Aside from the initiation fee (one month's dues) there's no contract or commitment. You can cancel with 30 days notice. This place is definitely worth a try.
