The only reason they're getting higher than one star is the fact that there is a variety of interesting things to choose from. Three times I've gone in and overpaid for poor quality meat and I've finally learned my lesson. What kind of butcher charges $10.99lb for "choice" rump cap roast when the highest price I've seen anywhere in this country is $5.99lb. Not to mention the one lb of unusable fat and silver skin I had to remove prior to cooking. The other times I went there, I was sold a frozen rack of "trimmed" St. Louis spare ribs that had all of the meat trimmed from the bones for $8.99lb. And $12.99lb for alleged prime beef ribs that wouldn't even pass for choice. Unfortunately in these mentioned moments, I was in a pinch and needed these items last minute. I can't say I'll be back. Go to Echo and Rig instead and get better meat for better prices. They'll also order anything you need and can get it within a couple days.
